The Women’s Association “THE ERGANI” in cooperation with the Municipality of Hersonissos organizes the theatrical performance Karagiozis Captain that will be presented by Athanasiou Shadow Play on Friday 4th of August, 2017 at 9:00 pm in Episkopi at the Theater of Panagiotakis Garden with free admission to the public.

Concerning the story of the play:
The Athanasiou Theater Company presents the performance Karagiozis Captain. It is a performance adapted from the Greek folk tale with impressive alternations of scenes. Karagiozis dreams from a young age to travel and get to know the whole world. But because he does not have money, he does not hesitate to lie and declare himself to be a captain in order for his dream to come true.
Our folk hero is inviting young and old to come and be entertained with his jokes.
