Counting over 50 years of experience, the baker of Avdou, Ioannis Jenakis, will introduce us to the secrets of “eptazimos” crispbreads (Greek traditional kind of bread). Ioannis Jenakis was producing for many years this kind of bread and he is a well-known baker in Crete.

On Tuesday, 1st of August 2017 at 19:00 at the former Primary School of Avdou, he will teach us how to make the “eptazimos” bread and crispbread, he will analyze some of his secrets concerning the recipe and give us the opportunity to taste this unique bread again.
